Job Overview
We are currently hiring German-speaking Business Development Representatives for international Google-related projects in Krakow Poland.
This role is ideal for candidates with B2B sales experience who are looking to develop their career in a structured performance-driven environment within a global organization.
Open Positions
1. Business Development Representative Google Cloud
- Salary: 11000 PLN gross/month
- Working hours: Monday to Friday flexible start between 07:00 and 10:00
2. Business Development Representative Google Pay
- Salary: 10000 PLN gross/month
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential business clients through outbound activities
- Qualify leads and understand client needs
- Present and promote digital solutions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
Requirements
- German language: Native or C1 level
- English language: Minimum B2 level
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and proactive approach
- Willingness to relocate to Krakow
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary ( PLN gross depending on project)
- Quarterly performance bonus starting from 5000 PLN gross

Relocation
Relocation to Krakow is required.
A one-time relocation reimbursement of 2600 PLN gross is provided after starting employment.
