STUDENT ASSISTANT PROGRAM

SimCorp offers a highly valuable Student Assistant Program for students eager to dive into the FinTech world which combines finance and technology. It is designed to let young people embark on their career journey by gaining real first work experience.

As a Student Assistant you will engage in real tasks and projects learning from inspirational leaders based all around the world.

Hereswhat you will be offered:

  • Meaningful Work Experience:Participatein a 3-month summer program (July-September 2026)to develop your skills through hands-on experience.

  • Guidance and Feedback: Receive support and mentorship from a dedicated Buddy.

  • Career Opportunities: Gain the opportunity to secure a job upon successful completion of the program.

  • Financial Compensation: Earn6000 PLN gross per month for full-time work(36PLN/h grosson a civil contract).

  • Assignmenttothe Advanced Delivery Center Investments team

WHAT WE VALUE

  • Studies: FinanceEconomicsPhysics MathScienceorEngineering

  • Interest:Financial markets and investments Investment performance or risk measurement Investment compliance

  • Academic Level:Last years of studies (5th yearin Master)

Skills:

  • Quantitative analysis or mathematical/financial modelling

  • Understanding offinancial instruments valuation concepts and risk metrics

  • Awareness of investment restrictionsand regulatory frameworks

  • Advanced Excelandfamiliarity withprogramminglanguages(e.g. PythonSQL)

  • Some business analysis or project experience would be of advantage

Abilities:

  • Investigative mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Problem-solving

  • Ability to handle complexity and work with data

Teamwork:Collaborativeteamplayer

Initiative:Proactivenessandownership

Learning:Eagerness to grow and develop

Hybrid work:Availability to work from the SimCorp Warsaw Office (at least 3-4 days per week)
