The University of Miami/UHealth System has two exciting oppotunities for our HR Techogy Department: HR technology Manager and HR Technology Analyst.
Manager HR Technology
The Manager HR Technology provides operational leadership and oversight for the Universitys human resources systems ensuring stability security and optimization of technology platforms. This role executes the HR technology strategy aligning systems and processes with business objectives while driving enhancements integrations and process efficiencies. The Manager partners closely with HR IT and external vendors to deliver solutions that improve user experience data integrity and decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelors degree in human resources Information Technology Business Administration or related field required.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR technology experience required; at least 3 years in a supervisory role preferred. Workday experience required.
HR Technology Analyst
The HR Technology Analyst supports HR technology operations by documenting and where available configuring system features maintaining data quality and resolving system issues. Works on assigned projects under guidance from senior team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in HR IT or related field.
- 2 years of HR technology or HR operations experience.
- Familiarity with enterprise HR systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
