Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Main Responsibilities:*
1. End to end enterprise sales management by demand generation pipeline establishment all the way to deal closure and installation with the customer site
2. Coaching of sales reps
3. KOL management
4. Monthly TMS achievement
5. Process improvement in collaboration with internal stakeholders
6. Demonstrating and developing leadership as the most senior person in the country leadership team
Skills & Experience Required:*
1. Education: Bachelors degree
2. Years of experience both overall and any industry-specific experience needed: 15 years and above in preferably Diagnostics or related industry
3. Other qualifications/certifications: Business level English proficiency
