Job Summary
Project Management & Execution
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery of POS projects.
- Oversee the full cycle of the Outdoor DT Project from design and production to deployment collaborating with agencies and Red Bull teams to meet timelines.
- Ensure that every display execution reflects Red Bulls disruptive spirit and drives profitable growth for the retailer the category and Red Bull.
Retail Engagement & Visibility Strategy
- Use insights from retailer needs and physical availability coverage to support the creation of tailored display solutions.
- Leverage both local innovation and global assets to maximize brand impact and instore visibility.
- Inspire and influence retailers by bringing to life bestinclass pointofsale experiences that stand out from the crowd.
Qualifications :
- Graduates who have completed their bachelors degree by July 2025 with 03 years of experience.
- Ability to navigate complex situations managing multiple activities simultaneously.
- Demonstrates ability to think creatively challenge the status quo with a cando attitude and adopt a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborates and communicates effectively while driving results and ensuring accountability.
- Passionate about Red Bull & the brand.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a growth mindset.
- Fluent proficiency in English & Arabic.
