Job Summary
Kruse Motors is looking for a Lube Technician! A Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles to ensure they are properly maintained safe and ready for operation. This entry-level role plays a vital part in supporting the service department by delivering high quality service that contributes to excellent customer satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform oil and filter changes in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
Mount and balance rotate and inspect tires for wear and proper inflation
- Check all essential vehicle fluids (coolant brake fluid transmission fluid windshield washer fluid etc.)
Conduct multi-point inspections and communicate findings to service advisors effectively
Attend and successfully complete all factory and company training as required
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
Follow all company safety polices and procedures
Skills and Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to work in varying temperatures and shop conditions
Integrity a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Good communication skills and a team player mind-set
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Valid drivers license
Previous automotive experience is a plus but not required
Basic mechanical knowledge and a willingness to learn
Ability to operate automotive tools and equipment safely
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Some Saturdays
