Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent plus up to 18 months of additional training
Education Desired: Associates Degree
Lifting Requirements: 25 pounds
Job Responsibilities
Proactively greet and engage with all customers entering the wash area
Understand car wash packages and Unlimited program details
Be knowledgeable of competitor offerings and prices
Act as a brand ambassador when communicating with customers
Suggestively sell Unlimited carwash subscriptions or upsell customers on car wash packages
Manage traffic volume effectively to maximize throughput of cars
Cover the wash bay when needed
