Marketing professionals bring value through their ability to convey information through written and visual content that is easy to understand concise and relevant to the intended audience. Wade Trim is looking for a Communications Specialist to join our team to support company-wide internal communication efforts.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Assess quality variety and frequency of existing internal communications and channels.
- Define clear protocols for message frequency channels and ownership to avoid duplication and noise.
- Review and edit company-wide communications from C-Suite Corporate Directors and select managers to improve quality and consistency.
- Review and edit corporate announcements and company news for intranet to improve quality.
- Project a unified corporate voice.
- Support senior leadership in developing implementing and monitoring internal communications strategies.
- Review internal presentation content and visuals as needed.
- Support employee engagement and foster a positive cohesive culture.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
Education:
- Bachelor of Arts degree in English Communications Journalism or Marketing
Skills/Experience:
- 5-10 years of professional experience in internal executive or corporate communications
- Strong writing editing and communications skills
- Microsoft Word Outlook PowerPoint SharePoint and Teams
