The Opportunity
The Corporate Strategy team works closely with Adobesseniorexecutivesto win with our three audience groups Business Professionals & Consumers Creators & Creative Professionals and Marketing Professionals andensure that the company stays on its fast growth trajectory. The team has played an active role in some of Adobes boldest and most strategic decisions. For example they were integral in its well-publicized transition to cloud and its expansion into a leadership position in Digital Marketing. Today Adobes mission is to Empower everyone to createwhether it is givingcreatives everything they need to design amazingnew contentor enablingglobal enterprisesto create and delivernovel digital experiences.
What you will do
Establish Adobe Corporate Strategy teams presence in EMEA region and drive initiatives to drive Adobes long-term growth in a key international market
Manage a high-performing team overseeing multiple strategic initiatives and managing relationships with several top executives across the company
Shape and drive the end-to-end strategic agenda for EMEA translating complex ambiguous business challenges into clear recommendations and ensuring alignment at the most senior levels of the company
Joina highly entrepreneurial team including alumni from top management consulting firms and professionals in digital media and marketing
What you need to succeed
10 years of total professional experience with growing levels of responsibility; proventrack recordof leading transformational change
4 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm(e.g.McKinsey Bain BCG). This experience must include overseeing complex strategy projects
Project/caseexperience in Consumer Tech or Enterprise SaaS i.e.demonstratedunderstanding of software industry digitalmarketingor digital media highly desired
Industry experience in Technology preferred but not e.g.2 years of experience in a Senior role at a Major Tech Company(e.g.Google Meta Amazon MicrosoftAppleSalesforce Spotify Adyen Klarna Revolut)
Top-tier Undergraduate andMastersdegrees (MBA preferred)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail while staying focused on the big picture
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presence in front of senior executives
Creative problem solver with a bias for action
Relentless but collaborative ensuring that debates and discussions not only lead to good outcomes for all involved but also set a positive tone for cross-functional teams
