About the Role
You will treat a variety of orthopedic diagnoses across all age groups in a general outpatient orthopedic setting. All patient care is delivered one-on-one with one-hour follow-up sessions giving you real time with each patient. An interest in manual therapy is a plus. New graduate Physical Therapist Assistants are fully welcome and will receive complete mentorship and support from the team to ensure confidence in the role.
Schedule
Monday through Friday generally 8am to 6pm with an hour lunch break. No weekends. No major holidays. Schedule flexibility is available based on the needs of the candidate hired.
Compensation
Starting at $23 per hour for new graduates with compensation increasing based on experience. Full compensation details will be discussed during the hiring process.

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant associate degree program.
Eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in West Virginia.
Open to all experience levels including new graduates and seasoned clinicians.
Strong clinical skills a passion for patient care and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
