Your role
What You Will Do
- Take on greater independence in managing coordination technical documentation and consultant communication
- Contribute to design leadership oversee portions of project delivery and mentor less experienced teammates
- Lead coordination between the project team and consultants
- Develop and manage technicaldocumentationensuring accuracy and alignment with design intent
- Support project managers with scheduling deliverables and milestone planning
- Resolve technical and design challenges; propose innovative yet constructible solutions
- Oversee sections of specifications and contribute to project manual development
- Conduct site visits; lead submittal review RFI responses and construction documentation
- Mentor emerging designers andprovidetechnical guidance.
- Communicate effectively with clients vendors contractors andpermittingofficials
Your Qualifications
- Bachelors orMasters degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Registered / Licensed Architect (if you are nearly licensed feel free to contact to determine whether there is another role that is suitable for your background)
- 610 years of relevant experience within a commercial design firm
- Strong proficiencywith Revit
- Experience with Bluebeam SketchUp and the Adobe Suite is preferred
- Strong understanding of building codes standards and systems
- Excellent organization skills and ability to communicate technical details verbally and in writing
- Passion for design excellence and continuous learning
- Demonstrated commitment to resilience and sustainable building practices; ideally portfolios will include at least one project (especially built projects with LEED Living Building Challenge WELL Building Standard Fitwel and/or Net Zero Building certification) with this particular focus
