Workforce Management Analyst - PS - Norristown PA Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay range: $60500 per year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills training experience education and where applicable certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

The Workforce Management Analyst is responsible for analyzing staffing trends and creating forecasts to optimize staffing recommendations based on data that support business objectives.
Responsibilities
Analysis/reporting:
Analyzes historical staffing data to identify trends insights and areas for improvement. Creates process maps reports and dashboards to communicate findings and implement solutions.
Forecasting resource needs:
Monitors real-time data including appointment utilization to ensure optimal PSC performance. Build plans to address gaps in staffing levels for optimal resource allocation. Partners with supervisor/manager to develop justification for additional staff based on patient volume and appointment demand.
Collaboration:
Builds strong relationships within the patient services leadership team. Collaborate with leaders on scheduling strategies to optimize staffing resources and ensure employee satisfaction. Works closely with HR and training teams to reduce placement time of key resources.
Qualifications
Required WorkExperience:
- Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role.
- Project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
Preferred Work Experience:
- Experience in workforce management forecasting statistical analysis modeling and/or analytical roles
- PSC/IOP experience is a plus.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge ofSix Sigma or Lean is beneficial
Skills:
- Strong Analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize plan and organize
- Advanced skills in Excel (graphs pivot tables and understanding formulas)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint Word etc.)
- Experience in using Tableau COGNOS and/or Power BI
People Leader Responsibility:
- Individual contributor with the ability to influence others.
- Travel Required upto 25%
Education:
- Bachelors degree (Required)
