Job Description
Were a multi-market PR and communications agency with a growing presence in New York. Our work spans fashion beauty and lifestyle and more - and our New York showroom is at the heart of it. Were looking for a proactive detail-oriented intern to jump in across PR showroom operations events and creative projects.
What youll be doing
- Managing gifting logistics end-to-end - from coordinating send-outs to tracking deliveries and following up on coverage
- Keeping the showroom well-organised stocked and always press-ready
- Handling inbound and outbound client product logging samples managing returns and maintaining accurate inventory
- Supporting the team on media and influencer list building keeping contacts current and well-organised
- Assisting with outreach to press and talent helping draft and send notes as needed
- Supporting guest list management for events and brand activations from building the list to confirmations and day-of logistics
Skills & Requirements
Who you are
- Currently studying or recently graduated in PR communications fashion or a related field
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Genuinely passionate about beauty fashion or lifestyle
- Based in New York or able to commute in
