Job Summary
Description:
Develops andretainsa quality Agent client marketing program focusing on prospective agents and provides maintenance of existing Representatives interface with division/regional management and legal counsel on theappropriate managementof representatives have an ongoing responsibility formaintainingthe customer relationshipand servicing the customers needs throughout.
Buildsclientrelationships secures new business from new customers andmaintainsand expands business with existing clientbase.
- Compileslists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on information from newspapers business directories industry ads trade shows Internet Web sitesreferralsand other sources.
- Developsand executes a call plan for the area assigned to includecallstoand appointments with prospective agents.
- Is highlyvisible in his/her marketing area by attending title insurance industry functions andparticipatinginappropriate organizations.
- Effectivelycreates or adapts and delivers group and individual presentations to customer groups target customers and others.
- Assessesindividual client needs and developspresentsand implements a plan to meet those needs
- Communicates proactively with and respondsin a timely mannerto clients fulfilling the Westcor services platform working with administrative support underwritingcounseland regional management.
JobQualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 2 5 years of successful Title/Realestate industryexperience.
- Proventrack recordof meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs andobjectivesto better respond and provide solutions.
- Applies diplomacyand tact in all business interpersonal activities
- Demonstrates persistencetenacityand consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence negotiation skills.
- Flexible with the ability to adapt strategy to changing conditions.
- Understanding ofmarket and competition with the ability toidentifyexternal threats and opportunities.
- Visibility requiresmaintaininga professional appearance and providing a positive company imagetoothe public.
Nice to Haves:
- Rudimentary understanding of the title business and the real estate services industry
- Basic understanding of filed rates for market services
- Ability to travel to cover region assigned
