Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a 生产主管钣金车间located in Shanghai Waigaoqiao.

What a typical day looks like:
- 全面负责钣金车间日常生产管理统筹激光切割折弯转塔打磨等工序确保订单准时交全面负责钣金车间日常生产管理统筹激光切割折弯焊接转塔打磨等工序确保订单准时交付与生产目标达成
- 合理调配人员设备物料优化生产排程与现场流程提升设备综合效率人均小时产量与生产效率控制生产周期与在制品库存
- 主导现场质量管控监督首件检验制程巡检与工艺执行推动品质改善降低不良率报废率与返工主导现场质量管控监督首件检验制程巡检与工艺执行推动品质改善降低不良率报废率与返工成本
- 严格落实安全生产与6S现场管理排查安全隐患确保零安全事故
- 管控生产成本优化物料损耗能耗与工时效率推进降本增效与精益改善
- 协调各部门及时解决设备故障物料短缺技术异常等生产问题
- 负责团队管理包含排班技能培训绩效考核与团队建设
- 完成生产报表数据统计及上级安排的其他工作
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- 大专及以上学历 机械制造材料成型等相关专业
- 至少5年以上钣金生产管理工作经验
- 熟悉钣金全工艺流程激光切割数控折弯数控转塔焊接冲压表面处理等
- 能看懂图纸熟练使用办公软件有MES系统经验优先
- 具备优秀的现场管理沟通协调问题解决与抗压能力
- 责任心强执行力高具备良好的安全意识
- 可以接受倒班制度
- 有基本的英文读写能力
