Are you a Registered Nurse who enjoys teaching mentoring and making a real difference behind the scenes Join our team and play a key role in preparing caregivers to deliver safe compassionate and high-quality care.
What Youll Do:
- Lead engaging onboarding sessions for newly hired caregivers
- Provide hands-on training guidance and ongoing support
- Educate caregivers on care standards policies and best practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for caregivers
Schedule & Location:
- Every Tuesdays only
- 10:00 AM 12:00 PM
- In-person at our Bethesda office
What Were Looking For:
- Active RN license
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching coaching and leadership
- Experience in home care or caregiver training is a plus

Compensation: $45.00 per hour
