Location: The Learning Experience East Brunswick NJ
Pay: $17 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead a classroom of 2-year-olds in a safe nurturing learning environment
- Implement age-appropriate activities using the L.E.A.P. curriculum
- Support early language development independence and peer interaction
- Guide daily routines including toileting meals transitions and rest time
- Maintain an organized engaging classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with families about milestones and daily progress
- Partner with assistant teachers to ensure consistent classroom structure
- Follow all New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Childcare daycare or toddler classroom experience required
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework preferred
- Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- Must meet New Jersey licensing and background requirements
