Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities C2M Developer to design develop customize and support utility solutions using Oracle Utilities applications. The role requires strong technical depth in C2M CC&B MDM and OUAF with a focus on scalable upgrade-safe customizations and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop custom components in C2M using the OUAF framework
Develop and configure Business Objects Algorithms Plug-ins and Services
Work on core C2M entities such as Measuring Components Measurement Types Devices Service Points Usage Subscriptions and Service Agreements
Customize and support CC&B billing and customer processes
Develop and support 3^rd Party integrations
Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using REST/SOAP file or message-based interfaces
Work with batch controls To Do types and background processing
Perform troubleshooting performance tuning and production support
Collaborate with functional consultants architect and tech leads to deliver end-to-end solutions

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities C2M CC&B and MDM
Deep understanding of OUAF architecture
Proficiency in Java (OUAF) SQL and PL/SQL
Experience with integrations data validation and error handling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
