角色与职责

销售目标管理根据公司整体战略制定区域销售工作计划拆解销售指标跟进销售进度确保区域内销售业绩市场占有率等核心指标全面达成
市场与客户开拓深入了解区域医疗设备市场行情/竞品动态及客户需求等信息挖掘潜在客户制定针对性开拓方案维护现有客户的长期合作关系提升客户满意度和忠诚度
产品推广向客户精准讲解公司产品性能技术优势临床应用的关键信息组织产品演示学术推广技术交流活动配合市场部开展区域营销推广具有独立规划组织市场活动的能力
渠道管理拓展与维护区域内经销商规范渠道运营协同渠道伙伴完成销售任务

基本资格

5年以上医疗设备行业销售工作经验2年以上区域销售管理经验熟悉区域医疗市场拥有丰富的医疗机构客户资源
医学生物医学工程市场营销医疗设备相关专业毕业本科及以上学历
认同公司企业文化具备良好的职业操守与责任心恪守行业规范
能适应区域内经常性出差工作

所需特性

优秀的口头和书面沟通能力优秀的人际关系和领导能力能够独立工作较强的解决问题能力
