DescriptionWe are seeking a professional and personable Hostess to join our team during the pre-opening phase of a new apartment building currently under development. This is a temporary position from May 1 2026 to September 8 2026.
In this role you will support leasing efforts assist future residents and help prepare the building for a successful opening.
This is a unique opportunity to be involved from the ground up and help shape the resident experience before and after opening.
Schedule:
May-June
- Monday Thursday and Friday: 2:00pm-7:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 12:00pm-5:00pm
July-Sept
- Monday to Friday: 2:00pm-7:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 12:00pm-5:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome prospective tenants
- Assist the leasing team with tours inquiries and appointment coordination
- Provide information about the building amenities and move in timelines
- Help manager interest lists applications and basic administrative tasks
- Support marketing and leasing events leading up to the grand opening
- Coordinate with management and leading teams to ensure smooth communication
- Assist with organizing model units and presentation spaces
- Prepare front desk operations procedures and systems before opening
Requirements- Customer service hospitality or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly adaptable and able to handle changing priorities
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Basic computer and organizational skills
- Experience in leasing real estate or property management (preferred)
- Client facing experience
