Physical Therapist (Full-Time Float) Mansfield LA
Diamond Rehab is seeking a motivated and qualified Physical Therapist for a full-time float position covering Mansfield Nursing Center and DeSoto Retirement in Mansfield Louisiana.

Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing/rehab setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or graduating within 6 months)
- Current or eligible for Louisiana Physical Therapist license
- Strong communication and patient care skills
