Overview
Group 1 Nissan Southwest Houston part of the rapidly growing Group 1 Automotive family is seeking an experienced Flat-Rate/Flag Technician ready to take their career to the next level!

*Relocation assistance is available for qualified Nissan Certified Technicians
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately following dealership and factory standards
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics troubleshooting and testing on automotive systems
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
- Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
- Uphold company values in all interactions with customers coworkers and vendors
Qualifications
- Nissan/Infiniti certifications or 2 ASEs required or 3 years of Nissan/Infiniti dealership experience if no certifications
- Flat-rate (flag) dealership experience required
- Strong Diagnostic and Repair Skills
- Proven Track Record of Performance and Reliability
- Commitment to Delivering a Top-Tier Customer Experience
- Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
- Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
