Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Candidate Sourcer to support US-based recruiting in logistics freight forwarding and SaaS logistics companies.

This is a high-activity performance-driven role focused on sourcing outreach and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates using LinkedIn Apollo ContactOut and similar tools
Conduct 1015 phone/Zoom interviews daily
Cold call candidates to introduce opportunities and qualify interest
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
Manage pipelines scheduling and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records in CRM/ATS

Requirements:

âœ Proven experience in recruiting sourcing or admin support
âœ Fluent English (spoken written) must be comfortable on calls
âœ Confident with cold calling and candidate outreach
âœ Professional and active LinkedIn profile required
âœ Strong communication and organizational skills
âœ Comfortable on Zoom/video interviews
âœ Detail-oriented proactive and accountable
âœ Full-time availability (US hours required occasional weekends)

Fully remote. Compensation: $1000/month $200 based on targets
