Keeping an eye on daily site activities to make sure all safety rules are followed
Supporting the implementation of HSE policies and safety procedures
Carrying out regular site inspections and spotting any risks or unsafe conditions
Making sure workers are using the right PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times
Assisting with incident reporting and helping maintain proper safety records
Conducting toolbox talks and basic safety training sessions
Working closely with supervisors and team members to maintain a safe work environment
Helping with emergency plans such as fire safety and evacuation procedures
Ensuring all work aligns with local Bahrain safety regulations and site standards
Requirements
NEBOSH IGC Level 3 certification (must have)
Around 1 to 2 years of experience in a Safety Officer or HSE role
Basic understanding of workplace safety and construction site practices
Good observation skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly and work well with a team
Currently based in Bahrain and available to join immediately
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables formulas charts). Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Time and Motion Study Process Qualification - MBA in Analytics/Operation or related field
