Job Title: Quality Supervisor
Location: Burnley Lancashire
Salary: 37500 per annum
Overview:
A manufacturing company based in Burnley is seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to oversee quality control processes and ensure products meet required standards. The role involves leading quality activities on the shop floor driving continuous improvement and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day quality control within a manufacturing environment
- Ensure products meet internal specifications and regulatory standards
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Conduct audits and maintain quality documentation
- Support and train production staff on quality procedures
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve processes
Requirements:
- Experience in a quality role within manufacturing
- Previous supervisory experience
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
