Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage our general ledger and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial this role you will play a key part in maintaining accounting standards performing financial analysis and supporting month-end closing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the general ledger and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and on time
Ensure proper allocation of transactions to the correct accounts and cost centers
Perform month-end closing activities including adjustments and accruals (e.g. intercompany transactions prepaid amortization)
Execute SAP closing processes such as depreciation runs
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned GL accounts
Manage delivery costing including tracking insurance costs and contract renewals
Coordinate and maintain relationships with banks for all financial transactions
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting
Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS) and reconciliation processes
Experience with SAP is an advantage
Good command of English (communication level)
