- Skills /Competencies:
- Essential Skills:
- 12 years of experience in managing application development and support projects
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes (Incident Problem Change Service Level Management).
- Proven expertise in SLA tracking metrics definition and service reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow Remedy JIRA Service Management etc.).
- Ability to manage support across multiple applications and technologies.
- Strong project management skills with experience handling large distributed teams.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret operational data and drive decisions.
- Strong risk issue and dependency management capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization automation and cost efficiency.
- Drive initiatives to reduce incident volume improve MTTR and enhance application stability.
- Support transitions knowledge transfers and onboarding of new applications into support.
- Candidate should be well versed with English and Malay language

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership decision-making and conflict resolution abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage critical situations calmly.

- Supports process optimizations automation for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with development testing and DevOps teams to improve release quality and production readiness.
