Job Description:
The Mixed Signals ASIC Products team is looking for a Digital Device Verification Test engineer. This position will involveworking with designers to define testsand implementing and automating them for verifying digital circuits on mixed signal IPs.
Responsibilities:
Work with designers to define detailed test plans
Assemble test setups on bench to execute test plan
Develop Python scripts to automate the DUT programming and test equipment
Repeat tests over multiple parts over voltage and temperature
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or similar field and 12 years of related experience
Proficient in python programming and debugging with basic level understanding of object oriented programming
Familiar with chip communication protocol such as I2C SPI UART and JTAG
Familiar with lab equipment such as digital multimeters power supplies arbitrary waveform generators oscilloscope and logic analyzers
Familiar with digital circuits and MCU concepts
Ability to read and understand board level schematics
Basic understanding of analog blocks such as ADC DAC LDO oscillators references is desirable

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is$141300 - $226000.
