Job Description

Provide support & supervision to all E&D jobs in a defined territory.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Make sure time sheets and absences are sent daily entered into time and attendance and the calendar.
  2. Enter time for all branches in the Rental management system (RMS) for job costing purposes.
  3. Ensure all pay rates are continuously up-to-date in RMS.
  4. Manage temporary labor staffing services:
    1. Vet any potential new staffing vendors; ensuring each meets Associated Scaffoldings insurance and billing requirements;
    2. Contact staffing vendors to request temporary labor under the direction of the contract services manager.
  5. Send COIs and W9s when customer request copies.
  6. Manage the controlled insurance program (CCIP/OCIP):
    1. Keep the customer manual up-to-date for yearly insurance audit while ensuring Associated Scaffolding is enrolled in all programs.
    2. Report payroll monthly via website portal.
  7. Complete weekly certified payroll.
  8. If detailed pre-qualifications are requested forward the request to the administrative manager.
  9. Complete new hire benefit orientation for contract services in the Richmond Branch.
  10. Under other duties or special tasks as assigned by the administrative manager.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 4-years of experience.
  • Proficient in the MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong customer service skills.

Knowledge & Skills Needed:

  • Diligent attention and knowledge of safety.
  • Competent with basic math and accounting skills.
  • The ability to multi-task and remain organized.
  • Excellent English verbal communication (Spanish is a major plus)
