The Position:

TheCalibration Technicianwill work at a local customer site to calibrate a variety of test and measurement equipment.

This role will be based at our customer site in Greer SC.

Responsibilities

  • Calibration of physical dimensional electronic and mechanical measuring and test equipment such as:
    • AC/DC Low Voltage (multimeters oscilloscopes power meters voltage calibrators etc.)
    • RF Frequency measuring and Generating Devices (spectrum analyzers frequency generators FR counters)
    • Temperature & Humidity devices (data loggers hygrometer environmental chambers ovens)
    • High Voltage Generating and Measuring equipment (Hipot tester Meggers Insulation testers)
    • Basic mechanical and physical dimensional calibrations



Qualifications

Requirements

  • 3 5 years of hands-on calibration experience in a dedicated calibration lab or relevant experiencewith a high school diploma (or equivalent) and/or a combination of experience and education
  • Experience inat least one or a combination of disciplinesincluding mechanical electronic physical/dimensional
  • Commercial or Military experience acceptable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and well as computer skills are a must.
