The Position:

TheCalibration Technicianwill work at a local customer site to calibrate a variety of test and measurement equipment.

This role will be based at our customer site in Greer SC.

Responsibilities

Calibration of physical dimensional electronic and mechanical measuring and test equipment such as:
- AC/DC Low Voltage (multimeters oscilloscopes power meters voltage calibrators etc.)
- RF Frequency measuring and Generating Devices (spectrum analyzers frequency generators FR counters)
- Temperature & Humidity devices (data loggers hygrometer environmental chambers ovens)
- High Voltage Generating and Measuring equipment (Hipot tester Meggers Insulation testers)
- Basic mechanical and physical dimensional calibrations

Qualifications

Requirements

3 5 years of hands-on calibration experience in a dedicated calibration lab or relevant experiencewith a high school diploma (or equivalent) and/or a combination of experience and education
Experience inat least one or a combination of disciplinesincluding mechanical electronic physical/dimensional
Commercial or Military experience acceptable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and well as computer skills are a must.
