SUPPLY MANAGEMENT BUSINESS ANALYST

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Supply Management Business Analyst is responsible for the endtoend management of product quotas to ensure fair compliant and patientfocused allocation of limited supply across markets customers and channels. The role plays a critical part in safeguarding continuity of supply by setting maintaining and enforcing quotas in alignment with demand signals available inventory and market requirements.

This role acts as the primary operational decisionmaker when customer demand exceeds allocated supply and serves as a key interface between Supply Management lead IBP Regional Demand Planning Customer Service and Local Affiliates.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

Quota Planning & Setup

  • Prepare and update monthly quotas by country customer channel and period based on validated demand and available supply.

  • Coordinate affiliate reviews and approvals ensuring accuracy and timely adjustments when demand or supply changes.

Order & Quota Exception Management

  • Monitor orders exceeding quotas and decide on reductions rejections or quota adjustments within governance rules.

  • Ensure all decisions are executed in the correct systems and clearly communicated.

Governance Compliance & Risk Management

  • Apply quota governance rules consistently and escalate changes needing higher approval.

  • Perform manual overrides only when authorized ensuring full regulatory and internal compliance with focus on patient impact.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Lead monthly quota calls and act as main contact for Affiliates Customer Service and Planning teams.

  • Communicate quota decisions exceptions risks and rationale clearly and on time.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze trends risks and market behaviors to identify supply issues or demand spikes.

  • Support ongoing improvements in processes reporting and ways of working.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

  • Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Commercial or a related field with 23 years of experience in commercial operations demand planning supply chain customer service or business analysis.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data interpret trends assess risks and support decisionmaking.

  • Experience collaborating crossfunctionally (e.g. Supply Chain Customer Service Demand Planning Finance Affiliates) and working with ERP systems such as SAP.

  • Familiarity with quota management order or allocation processes and reporting or planning tools.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to align stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Strong attention to detail disciplined execution and the ability to prioritize effectively while keeping a broader business perspective.

  • Proactive solutionoriented mindset with the ability to identify root causes and coordinate resolution across teams.

  • Fluency in English and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
