Position Highlights
The Claims Division has exciting opportunities across BC for Auto Claims Specialist II to join their team! You will manage a caseload of non-injury claims and handle cases through all stages of investigation evaluation file developmentand settlement.

Position Requirements

Successful candidates will have a minimum one year of proven claims adjusting experience and knowledge of the principles practices and techniques for the adjustment of material and property damage.
Demonstrated customer service excellence and effective negotiation skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage caseloads in a fast-paced environment.
An insurance designation or actively working on completing a designation will be an asset. For certain departments previous experience in commercial claims adjusting will be a strong asset.

Work arrangements defined:

Hybrid 8 you will work a minimum of 8 days in a 4-week period at your primary office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
