Your Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module in both implementation and postgolive environments.
- Support and maintain live Employee Central environments including troubleshooting configuration issues resolving incidents and performing rootcause analysis.
- Analyze business requirements define problem statements evaluate solution options and provide recommendations aligned with SAP best practices.
- Develop execute and support testing activities including unit testing UAT support regression testing and release validation
- Monitor compliance with global templates and blueprints
- Provide enduser and HR support including documentation management.
- Cooperatecloselywith other SuccessFactors consultants.
- Communicate proactively with various functional teams throughout theorganization.
Experience and Education
- Minimum 2-3 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience for a mid-levelrole
- Minimum5 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience for a senior-levelrole
- Certification of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Provenfull-cycle implementations - your true expertiseismore important than your bachelors degree.
- Full-professional proficiency in Polish both written and spoken.
- Professional proficiency in English both written and spoken.
- German language skills would be advantageous.
- Knowledge in the additional SF modules and integration will be consider as an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Accountability for actions especially under stressful situations.
- Commitment and determination in problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
What we offer
- Salary tailored to experience from 15000 PLN to 26000 PLN gross
- Remote position.
