Every partnership you build supports sustainable sourcing.
Based in Sulawesi - Indonesia you will join the Procurement team in Givaudan Indonesia and report to the Sourcing Leader. You will work closely with farmers and distillers in the field to support sourcing operations and ensure quality reliability and sustainability standards.
This role combines field engagement sourcing execution and contribution to sustainability initiatives.
Your role includes:
- Selecting and qualifying farmers and distillers to build a reliable sourcing network.
- Developing and implementing buying strategies and conducting negotiations in the field.
- Managing relationships contracts quality and issue resolution at site level.
- Providing timely and accurate information to support management decision-making.
- Supporting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in sourcing locations.
- Managing sustainability and biodiversity assessments in the field.
You

Your professional profile includes:
- Bachelors degree in Agronomy Forestry Soil Management Chemistry or Agricultural Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years experience in sourcing or farm-related development programs in Forestry or Agronomy (naturals / essential oils preferred).
- Experience in project coordination sourcing or contract farming.
- Knowledge of sustainability or biodiversity assessments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and PowerPoint; openness to digital tools and AI is a plus.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Willingness to be based in Sulawesi and travel extensively in rural areas.
- Valid driving license (SIM A).
