Job Summary
The opportunity
As an SAP Logistics Manager you will lead complex SAP Logistics engagements with a strong focus on Procurement (PUR/MM) Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM). You will support clients in large scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs process optimization initiatives and operational excellence across supply chain and logistics functions.
You will play a critical role in project leadership team management client engagement and delivery governance fully aligned with EYs SAP methodologies and global delivery standards.
Your key responsibilities
Lead end to end SAP Logistics projects including implementations rollouts S/4HANA transformations and advanced AMS.
Design and implement SAP solutions across:
o PUR / MM (procurement purchasing vendor management pricing contracts)
o IM (inventory management stock valuation movements and controls)
o WM (warehouse processes inbound/outbound storage picking and inventory accuracy)
Ensure strong integration with SD PP PM and FI/CO modules.
Act as workstream lead within large SAP transformation programs.
Manage and develop onshore and offshore teams ensuring high performance and continuous capability development.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients leading workshops requirement gathering sessions and steering committees.
Ensure effective control of scope timelines budget risks and quality of deliverables.
Support business development and pre sales activities including proposals estimations and solution design.
Contribute to the development of EY SAP assets accelerators methodologies and best practices in the Logistics domain.
To qualify for the role you must have
8 years of experience in SAP Logistics with strong expertise in PUR/MM IM and WM.
Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA projects (implementation and/or conversion).
Solid understanding of end to end supply chain and logistics processes.
Experience acting as Manager or Lead Consultant on SAP projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to interact with both business and IT teams.
Demonstrated experience in people management coaching and mentoring.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
Ideally youll also have
Experience in Energy & Utilities Telecom Industrial or Manufacturing sectors.
Exposure to WM evolution towards EWM in S/4HANA contexts.
Experience in AMS with an evolutionary and optimization focus.
SAP certifications (MM WM S/4HANA Logistics).
Experience in international projects or global rollouts.
