Job Summary
This role supports the Service Sales and Service Operations organizations by delivering accurate renewal pipeline reporting maintaining core Power BI dashboards and improving data reliability through process refinement and targeted automation.
The position plays a key role in forecasting support and operational insight by analyzing pipeline trends identifying reporting gaps and reducing manual effort through efficient use of Power BI Excel and other low code automation tools. The role works cross functionally with Sales Operations and IT to ensure reporting accuracy alignment and continuity.
Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into renewal pipeline performance and feed scorecardsreported to keyleadership
Generate recurring renewal pipeline reports that support ongoing performance tracking and dashboard refreshes
Support forecasting activities by analyzing historical trends and pipeline data
Use advanced Excel (formulas pivot tables Power Query and macros) to streamline reporting workflows and reduce turnaround time
Identify manual or repetitive processes and assist with light workflow automation using available tools such as Power BI Excel Power Automate and Power Apps to improve reporting efficiency and reliability.
Partner with IT and system owners to test system updates validate data changes and ensure reporting accuracy across tools
Document reporting processes and support continuous process improvement efforts
Education & Experience
Four-year Degree in Business Finance Information Systems or related discipline
24 years of experience in sales operations reporting business analytics or sales support
Experience supporting dashboards reporting tools or automation initiatives preferred
Knowledge & Skills
Technical Skills
Power BI (dashboard creation maintenance and data validation)
Advanced Excel (pivot tables formulas Power Query; exposure to basic VBA/macros a plus)
Basic understanding of SQL Pythonor data querying concepts preferred
Exposure to automation tools such as Power Automate or similar workflow tools
Experience working with CRM and enterprise systems such as Salesforce and SAP
