Job Summary

Job Title: Hospice Nursing Supervisor (RN)
Location: Sandwich MA
Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract)
Schedule: Monday Friday 3:00 PM 11:00 PM

About the Role

Navitas Healthcare LLC is looking for an experienced Hospice RN Supervisor to lead clinical teams and ensure compassionate high-quality end-of-life care. This role combines leadership staff support and hands-on clinical guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinical operations and supervise RNs LPNs and Hospice Aides
  • Manage patient admissions eligibility and care planning
  • Review medications and ensure accurate reconciliation
  • Support hiring onboarding and staff training
  • Ensure compliance with all state federal and accreditation standards
  • Provide guidance on pain and symptom management
  • Lead interdisciplinary team meetings and coordinate care

Requirements

  • Education: BSN required (Masters preferred)
  • License: Active Massachusetts RN License
  • Experience: 24 years in a supervisory role (hospice/home health preferred)
  • Skills: Strong leadership communication and documentation skills
  • Must pass medication administration assessment
