Job Summary
Devon Seafood Steak - Comfortably upscale and refined. Devon provides the perfect atmosphere for guests to enjoy simply prepared seafood sourced globally and premium steaks. This position is responsible for maintaining the bar areas and equipment and assisting in the service of food and beverage to guests in a high-paced environment at Devon Seafood Steak.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
Responsible for setup and service of bar and storage areas.*
Respond to guests needs by answering questions pertaining to wine liquor and cocktail menus.*
Maintain stock and cleanliness of the bar area including counters floors refrigerators and removal of trash.*
Monitor shelves and coolers to ensure proper stocking of beer wine liquor and other beverages.*
Assist servers and bartenders with duties such as mixing drinks serving guests detailing and breakdown of the bar area.*
Assist with the inventory process on a monthly basis.*
Assist with filling and delivering requisitioned products and equipment.*
Restock the bar area with clean glasses and other accessories.*
Assist the manager with liquor pick-ups as well as the ordering process.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Must complete RAMP certification training
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to abide by all state and federal liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
Job Demands:
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and holidays
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs
Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours
