About Your Role
Scope hasestablisheda Strategy Accelerator to focus on developing and securing the Scope of the will have primary accountability forfostering innovation by providing method and resources for ideation and experimentation. Through co-design partnerships and collaboration the Accelerator will deliver rapid strategy developmentideationand concept evaluation to prioritise opportunities to drive business growth.
Your Key Focus
You will be responsible for project managing the delivery of a portfolio of activities and pilots in the Strategy Accelerator in collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders through partnerships and pilots with external organisations and internal functions across Scope.
- Plan coordinate and facilitate multiple project activities that involve collaboration across the organisation with multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate design sprints lead outcome monitoring and reporting and manage portfolio governance
- Lead and oversee all aspects of initiative and pilot development planning implementation and closure across the Accelerator portfolio
- Promote an energised culture that is focused on collaborative working in the interest of the organisation
What We Look For
- Project Management qualifications and proven knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in management and delivery of multiple concurrent projects and related activities of varying complexity
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Ability to work from the Carlton Office as the primary work location
- Knowledge and/ or experience within the NFP and/ or Disability Sector highly valued
