NXTGEN are supporting a regional law firm in their search for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team with a preference for their Gorleston office although other locations across Norfolk and Suffolk will be considered. This Private Client Solicitor role will see you handling a varied caseload of wills trusts probate and estate administration within a busy and well-established team.

The successful Private Client Solicitor will manage their own caseload while working closely with colleagues across the wider department providing clear and practical advice to clients across a range of private client matters.

This is an opportunity to join a team with a consistent flow of work offering a stable environment with the scope to further develop within private client.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a caseload of private client matters including wills trusts probate and estate administration
Providing clear and practical advice to clients across a range of private client matters
Handling matters from initial instruction through to completion
Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high level of service
Ensuring files are managed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
Working closely with colleagues across the wider team where required

The Successful Candidate Will Have

Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client work
Strong understanding of wills trusts probate and estate administration
Ability to manage their own caseload independently
Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
STEP qualification or working towards would be advantageous

Additional Information

Full-time position (part-time hours may be considered dependent on experience)
Gorleston-based role with flexibility across other offices in Norfolk and Suffolk
