Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced project managers or those with project exposure to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
What Youll Be Doing:
As part of the Boots Online Doctor team you will report directly to the Managing Director and collaborate with a Senior Programme Manager in our Transformation function. Your role will involve:
Leading cross-functional teams to develop and launch new clinical services.
Ensuring alignment with business goals while managing stakeholder accountability.
Bringing structure discipline and control to projects focusing on cost time and quality.
Tracking milestones dependencies risks and deliverables across functions.
Adapting to changing priorities while maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll Need to Have (Our Must-Haves):
Proven experience in project and/or programme management within a multi-functional environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Confident communication skills with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have:
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2 APM)
Experience in managing the development of new services or products.
The ability to adapt guidelines and processes as needed.
