Job Summary
As a Sr Finance Supervisor here at Honeywell you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the financial operations within your designated area. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate financial reporting compliance with accounting standards and driving financial performance. You will lead a team of finance professionals providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
In this role you will impact the financial health and efficiency of our operations by implementing best practices driving process improvements and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or related roles
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
