About the role

As an AI Business & Adoption Strategist in the Digital Sales & Customer Experience organization you will play a key role inidentifyingand shapingsome ofIfs most important AI opportunities. Your mission is to act as a spearhead in internal AI adoption helping leaders understand where AI createsreal businessvalueand ensuring that the organization is equipped to realize them.

You willwork closely to the Head of Business Developmentand the Digital Sales and CustomerExperiencemanagement teambut the position will also requireclosecollaborationwith our AI Centre of Excellenceand other stakeholders such asLegal HRand IToperations.

This position offers the opportunity to influence the future of AI at If both strategically and hands-on.You will besupporting and guiding leaders in adoption while strategicallyidentifyingnewbusinessopportunities.

Your responsibilitiesincludes;

  • Strategicallyidentifyingand definingAI opportunitiesbased on business needs and priorities

  • Drivingcross-functional initiatives and coordinating stakeholders across businessand enabling functions

  • Preparing and presenting insights recommendations and decision material to senior stakeholders and management teams

  • Hands on supporting leaders and teams in embedding AI into everyday ways of working not as experiments but as part of core processes

  • Contributing to competence development and organizational readiness for AIdriven change

    About the team
    Digital Sales and Customer Experience is a
    partof Iffocusing onmeeting digital demands with an agile mindset and working methods. The unitis responsible forbuilding and developing our digital offerings to create excellent customer experiences and increased sales. The unit brings together CRM digital sales and services customer analytics and data management API product management and UX and service design under one roof.

    AsanAIBusiness& Adoption Strategistin DS&CX you will be part of the Nordic Business Development Chapter where we foster and develop our competences to succeed in our roles as business developers.

    Who are you

    To thrive in this role you enjoy exploring how emerging technologies can create business value. You are curious and analytical with the ability to structure complex problems evaluate opportunities and turn insights into actionable strategies.

    You are a strong communicator and comfortable facilitating collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups. You combine strategic thinking with a practical approach to driving adoption and change.

    You also have

    • Academic degree in business technology data/AI or equivalent

    • Solid experience working with AIstrategy/adoption

    • Experience of working with biggercross-functionalprojects and project leadership roles

    • Enough technical understanding to engage in meaningful dialogue with data scientists developers and architects without needing to build models or write code yourself

    • Experience in change managementor innovation/strategy/UXrolesis meritorious
