Job Summary
Our Kelowna Branch located in Lake Country is currently searching for a Branch Manager to lead the operations for our BC interior market. As the Branch Manager you will be actively involved and committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable branch targets to be achieved.
$135000 - $175000 a year
A Day In The Life
- Manage daily branch activities and employees including; hiring retention performance goal & priority setting
- Achieve branch sales goals through new business sales referrals and retention of current customers
- Search for and utilize more efficient and economical methods of operations and opportunities to increase profitability
- Develop and implement action plans for achieving branch objectives
- Identify trends problems opportunities and maintain awareness of market conditions
- Prepare and adhere to corporate budgets
- Allocate funds appropriately across departments
- Share knowledge with other branches and head office on effective on best practices business opportunities and needs
- Adhere and ensure compliance to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
- Ensure strong safety culture in branch and that all Flynn processes and safety guidelines are adhered to
- Ensure client satisfaction and proper branch operation.
- Review production costs and product quality and modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of branch

What We Are Seeking
- Minimum 10 years of construction related and managerial experience
- Bachelors Degree is considered an asset
- Excellent communication and managerial skills
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem resolution skills
- Entrepreneurial business orientation and a demonstrated achievement in bottom-line results
- Good knowledge of roofing and/or building envelope industry
- Knowledge of safety compliance regulations and commitment to a safe work environment
