THE POSITION

Morning to lunchtime chef role responsible for breakfast buffet and room service within a wellestablished Maroochydore hotel
Consistent AM roster with early finishes no late nights or split shifts steady weekly hours

THE PERSON

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Previous experience working in a hotel café or restaurant kitchen ideally in breakfast service
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced morning service environment
Strong understanding of food safety hygiene and HACCP standards
Reliable punctual and able to consistently meet early morning start times
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Driven adaptable and able to juggle tasks with ease in a fast-paced environment
