As aField Clinical Manager you will play a pivotal role in advancing Boston Scientifics mission to transform lives through innovative medical solutions. Partnering closely with the Area Vice President and Regional Sales Manager you will lead and inspire a high-performing clinical team drive strategic initiatives and contribute to exceeding regional revenue goals. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader passionate about coaching talentoptimizingservice delivery and elevating patient care across the instrumental in shaping the future of clinical excellence at Boston Scientific.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead coach and developa team of clinical representatives through field rides one-on-one mentorship team meetings and company training resources to drive performance alignment and professional growth

  • Champion change and adaptabilityby guiding your team through evolving healthcare landscapes and customer expectations

  • Communicate a compelling visionaligned with corporate divisional and regionalobjectivesensuringclarity purpose and engagement

  • Serve as a key partner in regional talent strategyrecruiting hiring and building a strong diverse clinical bench for long-term success

  • Oversee comprehensive training programsto enhance implantexpertise product knowledge and competitive positioning

  • Set clear performance goalsand ensuretimelyfeedback and coaching through structured evaluations and individualized development plans

  • Cultivate a cultureof collaboration accountability and continuous learning through career coaching and time management guidance

  • Manage operational functionsincluding expenses inventory and communication workflows with efficiency and attention to detail

  • Identifyservice opportunitiesusing data insights time studies and field feedback; implement targeted strategies to enhance outcomes

  • Optimizeclinical resource allocation and coverageby implementing scalable best-in-class service models andleveragingnational benchmarks

  • Foster strong partnerships with hospital and clinic personnelto streamline workflows and improve patient experience

  • Collaborate seamlesslywith Area and Regional Sales Managers to ensure alignment between clinical service and sales strategies

  • Provide strategicdirectionto your team on asset and resource management tomaintaincost-effective high-quality service delivery

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional background

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in a relevant field

  • Familiarity with the local CRM customer landscape

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree

  • IBHRE certification

  • Demonstrated leadership credibility and influence within clinical teams

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities

  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams including sales and corporate functions

  • Skilled at managing conflict driving change and delivering results in a complex environment

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

  • Prior people leadership or management experience

  • Highly motivated organized and committed to excellence

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $120000 plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC which can be reviewed at . Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training pertinent education including licensure and certifications and other relevant business or organizational needs.
