Job Summary

Carthage Colleges growing School of Health invites applications for a Limited-Term Statistics Instructor to teach Applied Statistics for Health and Human Services. This is an exciting opportunity the instructor will teach six sections of AHS2330 three in Fall 2026 and three in Spring 2027 working directly with the Chair of Allied Health Science and the Director of Nursing to ensure content is calibrated for health and human services students. This teaching-focused role (equivalent to a Lecturer title at larger institutions) carries no advising responsibilities or full-time faculty meeting obligations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Masters degree required
  • At least two years of experience teaching statistics or statistics-related coursework
  • Commitment to the philosophy mission and values of the School of Health and its Department of Allied Health Science and Nursing
  • Availability to teach Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm
  • Successful completion of a criminal history and background check
