More about our team
Our Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Unit includes 90 beds20 dedicated to short-term rehabilitation and 70 to long-term care. Our interdisciplinary team consists of Registered Nurses (RNs) Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Medication Aides who work collaboratively to provide high-quality person-centered care.
As an RN Supervisor you will oversee nursing operations on your assigned shift coordinate resident care support staff performance and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. This role is essential in maintaining a safe supportive and highquality care environment for residents and staff.
How youll contribute
An RN Supervisor who excels in this role:
- Performs comprehensive resident assessments and develops individualized care plans
- Implements evaluates and revises care plans based on resident needs and clinical changes
- Coordinates admissions transfers and discharges to ensure smooth transitions
- Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support resident care
- Provides clear communication and education to residents and families
- Oversees medication administration treatments and clinical procedures
- Ensures accurate timely and complete documentation
- Assigns and supervises LPNs and CNAs ensuring competency and adherence to standards
- Supports orientation training and ongoing development of nursing staff
- Investigates concerns resolves issues and implements corrective actions
- Maintains equipment supplies and a safe organized work environment
- Participates in process improvement regulatory readiness and quality initiatives
- Serves as Charge Nurse when assigned coordinating staffing and unit operations
- Demonstrates professionalism calm leadership and strong resident advocacy

Minimum Requirements:
- Current unencumbered RN license in North Carolina (or multistate)
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Education program
Current BLS certification
Previous supervisory/leadership experience (preferred)
