What Youll Do (AKA Your Superpowers)As our Community Support Team (CST) Team Lead youll be the heartbeat of your teambalancing clinical leadership direct care and operational excellence.
You will:
Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary CST team (QPs & APs)
Provide clinical oversight coaching and real-time support
Conduct assessments authorizations and treatment planning
Run dynamic treatment team meetings and ensure person-centered care
Respond to crises and guide your team through critical situations
Review and approve documentation within 48 hours (yeswe stay audit-ready!)
Monitor service delivery units and census to keep care flowing
Ensure compliance with NC Clinical Coverage Policy 8A
Partner with community stakeholders (DSS schools DJJDP & more)
Drive quality compliance and CARF-ready documentation practices
Were looking for a strong clinical leader who can balance compassion with accountability.
Masters Degree in Human Services or related field
Full or Provisional Licensure in North Carolina (LCSW LCMHC LMFT etc.)
Minimum 1 year experience in mental health / CST or similar services
Leadership mindset with ability to supervise and develop staff
Strong documentation time management and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to thrive in both the field and office environments
Provisional No problem just be ready to obtain full licensure within 30 months.
