We act for the roleThe Adviser Wellbeing Health and Safety plays a key role in fostering a safe healthy and supportive workplace culture at Australian Red Cross with responsibility for both WHS and physical security. This role supports the delivery of WHS projects and initiatives that improve safety outcomes reduce risk and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across a large diverse and complex closely with leaders teams and WHS committees you will provide practical advice support risk management and incident response contribute to training and capability uplift and use data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
